No. We operate exclusively in English for international travelers and expats. If you need Hanoi photography in Vietnamese or another language, contact our central booking and we'll refer you appropriately.

Can I book a half-day session or just one location?

Yes. We offer 1–4 hour sessions depending on location count and outfit changes. A single-location, single-outfit session runs 1–1.5 hours (typically ao dai or casual outfit focused). Ask us for a quote on WhatsApp and we'll tailor the package.

What if the weather is bad on my shoot day?

We have a 48-hour weather contingency window in every contract. If rain, heavy fog or extreme heat makes outdoor shooting unsafe, we offer a full reschedule to another date in your Hanoi window, or pivot to an indoor location (silk workshop, gallery, café) with no additional fee.

Do you edit all photos or can I choose which ones are edited?

We cull to 80–150 selects from 300–800 frames and edit all of them. You then choose which to post; all edited files are yours. We don't charge per-image editing or selective editing services.

Can I bring a friend or personal videographer to the shoot?

Yes. One friend may attend as a guest; if they're filming for professional use (e.g., YouTube, TikTok behind-the-scenes), contact us to discuss licensing and crew fees on WhatsApp—this may incur an additional fee.

What happens if I need a rush delivery or extra editing (e.g., heavy retouching)?

Standard delivery is 14–21 days. Rush delivery (5–7 days) and advanced retouching (skin smoothing, blemish removal, significant color grading) are add-ons; ask us for pricing on WhatsApp. These do not affect the base session quote.
